Cheshire College - South & West Crewe Campus is recruiting two Job Coaches to support Supported Internships for learners with SEN, helping them succeed in employment placements.

You will provide 1:1 coaching, deliver in-depth task instruction, and engage with employers to ensure smooth integration and progression to paid work, while upholding safeguarding and inclusion principles across campus.

Formación

• 1:1 support for SEN learners to fulfil job role requirements on employment placements.
• In-depth instruction and coaching to fulfil agreed job tasks on a reducing basis.
• Engage with employers and colleagues to support internship integration and progression to paid employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 support for young people with SEN on employment placements.
• Provide in-depth instruction and coaching to fulfil tasks over time.
• Engage with employers and colleagues to sustain internships and progression to paid employment.
