Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting tutors for Wakefield to provide 1:1 English and Maths tuition for a Year 10 student. Sessions are 9am–4pm, 10 hours per week, held at school, in public places, or at the student’s home.

Start date is ASAP and the role is ongoing; prior experience with ADHD/ASD SEN students is valued. A DBS and Right to Work within the UK are typically required through Prospero’s registration process.

Qualifications

• 1:1 tuition delivery
• Experience with KS1–KS3 content preferred
• Candidates comfortable visiting student homes and schools

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 English and Maths tuition for a Year 10 student working below ARE
• Deliver KS2–KS3 level content and monitor progress
• Follow safeguarding and compliance requirements with a supervising adult present
