Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a 26-year-old woman with complex needs in Studham, Dunstable. You will work with a small team to promote independence, dignity, and a high quality of life in a warm home setting.

The role includes shifts on days and nights, with a flexible zero-hours contract and additional holiday pay. DBS check and induction training are provided, along with pension benefits and staff recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience with acquired brain injury is advantageous.
• Female candidate required due to legitimate occupational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care for a 26-year-old client with complex needs.
• Support the client to maintain independence and daily routines.
• Assist with mobility, activities, and safety, including managing complex medical needs where appropriate.
