Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide one-to-one care for a 26-year-old female client in Studham, Dunstable. You will support someone with complex needs including tracheostomy and ABI, in a warm, family-oriented home with a regular weekly roster.

The role is offered on a flexible zero-hours basis with regular shifts day and nights, DBS check and induction training provided, and holiday pay on hours worked. Transport is required due to rural location.

Qualifications

• Must have a legal right to work in the UK
• Own reliable transport due to rural location
• Experience in Acquired Brain Injury is advantageous
• Confident, proactive in building relationships and maintaining boundaries

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care for a 26-year-old client with complex needs
• Support client to maintain independence, dignity and quality of life
• Adhere to care plan and communicate with family and clinical leadership
