Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated female Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a 26-year-old client with complex needs in Studham, Dunstable. You will work within a small, supportive team to promote independence, dignity and a full life.

The role involves shifts on days and nights, with zero-hours contract; travel and transport are required due to rural location. DBS check and induction training are provided, along with a generous holiday pay scheme.

Qualifications

• A legal right to work in the UK.
• Own reliable transport due to location of the family home.
• Must be female.
• Experience in Acquired brain injury is advantageous.
• Confident, proactive candidate who can build relationships and maintain boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care for the client.
• Support client with complex needs to promote independence, dignity and quality of life.
• Work as part of a consistent care team with regular weekly shifts.
