Job summary

Active Care Group Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a 26-year-old woman with complex clinical needs in Studham, Dunstable. The role focuses on independence, dignity, and a full, meaningful life within a warm family-led home.

Shifts include nights 20:00–08:00; this is a zero-hours contract. You’ll need a legal right to work in the UK, reliable transport, and a proactive approach to building trusting relationships with the family and client.

Qualifications

• A legal right to work in the UK.
• Own reliable method of transport.
• Must be female.
• Experience in acquired brain injury is advantageous.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships with the client and family.
