Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Mere, Wiltshire, delivering high‑quality complex care to a warm, elderly client at home. You’ll provide companionship, practical support, and assist with respiratory care needs under specialist supervision.

This role offers a flexible zero‑hours contract with regular shifts including nights, driving required, and access to clinical guidance from our nurses and specialists to help you grow in care.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to transport required due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support our client both at home and in the community, helping him maintain his independence and quality of life while managing complex respiratory care needs.
• Receive specialist training from the Lane Fox Remeo Unit and ongoing clinical support from our Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Build meaningful relationships and help someone live life to the fullest.
