Job summary

Milk Education is seeking dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistants to work across Secondary and SEN Schools on long-term placements. You will support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs, building trusting relationships and promoting positive learning engagement.

• Adapt learning activities and provide personalised support throughout the day.
• Contribute to behaviour monitoring and pupil progress reviews.
