Job summary

Aspire People Limited are recruiting for a 1:1 Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support two Year 6 pupils in North Manchester. This full-time, long-term role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support across the school day, with a calm, consistent, relationship-led approach.

You will work closely with class teachers and staff to adapt to each pupil's needs, helping them regulate emotions, remain engaged, and access learning throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEND and SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Manage and regulate pupils' emotions.
• Keep pupils settled and engaged in the classroom.
• Support access to learning and overcome barriers to education.
• Develop positive relationships with staff and peers.
