Academics are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant at a Primary Special School in Maidenhead. Qualifications

• Experience with challenging behaviour and mental health needs.
• Experience working with children in various settings is welcome.
• Ability to work 1:1 with a student who requires support.

Responsibilities

• Support a student on a 1:1 basis in KS1/KS2.
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs and engagement.
