Tradewind Recruitment LTD in Lincoln is seeking a compassionate 1:1 Behaviour/SEMH Specialist for a primary school. You will support a pupil with SEMH and challenging behaviour, helping him stay on task and engage with activities during the school day.

This term-time only role offers a daily rate of 95-105 GBP and a standard 08:30–15:30 schedule, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have safeguarding awareness, a valid DBS, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting a pupil with SEMH in a school setting.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and DBS check in place.

As a 1:1 Behaviour/SEMH Specialist, you will support a pupil with SEMH and challenging behaviour. You will also be responsible for ensuring he remains on task within the classroom.

• Providing guidance and support to the pupil, ensuring their welfare is protected.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a teaching assistant, learning support, or working with challenging behaviour.


• Reliability and stability for the pupil.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.


• A caring and nurturing personality.


• A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.


• A valid DBS check.
