Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a Gainsborough school. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role starting immediately, with hours 08:30–15:30.

You will work 1:1 with students who have various learning difficulties and special educational needs, requiring resilience and energy.

Experience with SEND/SEMH and a passion for education are essential, and safeguarding checks will be carried out.

Qualifications

• Recent/relevant experience with children and young people, specifically SEND/SEMH.
• Passion for education and commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students.
• Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs.
• Create a safe learning environment for pupils.

Aspire People are recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school located in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. This role is to work full-time, on a temp to perm basis starting immediately! The working hours are 08:30 - 15:30 and you will be working 1:1 with students with various learning difficulties and special educational needs.

The role requires high level of resilience and we are ideally looking for people who are energetic and have experience of working with children with social emotional and mental health needs.
