Job summary

Protocol Education is partnering with a welcoming school to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism and additional learning needs. This paid role offers hands-on experience in a specialist school setting and the chance to make a real difference in daily learning.

You will provide tailored support to help the pupil engage with lessons, develop confidence and build independence.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
• Calm, patient and compassionate approach.
• Able to work as part of a team with teachers and parents.
