Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated teacher for the KS1 phase. You will inspire pupils with a love of learning, model enthusiasm across subjects, and foster an engaging, high-quality learning environment.

The post requires strong behaviour management and a calm classroom routine. You will work as part of the KS1 phase team to plan high-quality lessons and meet the needs of all pupils. Visits encouraged; details above.

  • has strong behaviour management strategies and a calm, consistent approach to classroom routines
  • use appropriate, high-quality teaching, expectations and classroom management strategies to encourage and motivate pupils
  • be a team player, who can plan high quality learning experiences to meet the needs of all allocated pupils in a consistent and effective way as part of the KS1 phase team.
  • have proper and professional regard for the ethos, policies and practices of the school and maintain standards of attendance and punctuality
