Job summary

GreenTomatoMedia Limited in France is seeking a YouTube Product Manager Intern for a hands-on, growth-oriented role. You will learn how to treat YouTube channels as products, identify opportunities in the French-speaking market, and turn research into channels and videos.

You’ll build, rank, and analyse content with AI tools, test ideas, and iterate quickly. Native French is required; good English is expected, and prior video editing or content creation helps.

Qualifications

• Some experience with video editing or content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn.
• Experience using AI tools for content or data tasks.
• Native French, with good English for team communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in the French-speaking market through keywords, search intent and competitors.
• Build and produce channels, develop ideas, scripts and publish videos.
• Rank content with SEO-driven strategies and optimize titles, thumbnails and hooks.
• Analyse rankings, CTR, retention, traffic and conversions.
• Test ideas, run experiments and adapt based on results.
