Qualifications

• Native French; fluent English sufficient for teamwork and collaboration.
• Curious about YouTube performance and growth opportunities.
• Experience in video editing or content creation is a plus.
• Willingness to test ideas and analyze results.
• Familiarity with SEO basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in the French-speaking market.
• Build and launch YouTube channel ideas and content.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails and hooks for SEO.
• Analyze CTR, retention, traffic and conversions.
• Run experiments and iterate based on results.
