Qualifications

  • 의료 기기 또는 제약 산업에서의 영업 경험.
  • 2-3년 이상의 전체 경험 선호.
  • 중간 이상의 효과적인 의사소통 능력.

Responsabilités

Position Summary

규정과 절차를 준수하며 안정적으로 매출 목표 및 조직 목표를 달성 마케팅 정책, 절차 및 계획을 습득하고 적용하며, 목표 달성을 위한 판매 프로세스를 활용 영업관리지표를 활용하여 효율적으로 영업 채널을 관리 적극적인 고객 관리 프로젝트에 참여하여 성공에 기여

이 포지션은 대구 지역을 중심으로 경상 지역을 담당함

Responsibilities
  • This position is to execute sales strategies & plans in the assigned territories or accounts with the goal to achieve sales quotas.

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services.

  • Visit customers and / or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets

  • Products training on hospital’s staff (Doctors, nurses, technicians)

  • Managing of existing and acquiring of new customers in territory

  • Focuses selling time and activities on key accounts

  • This position covers the Gyeongsang region, with a focus on the Daegu area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote products & procedures to customer staff and develops a strong relationship with customers

  • Serve multiple large and/or key accounts in a prescribed territory

  • Develop and execute competitive action plans to achieve sales target in territory

  • Pick up product knowledge, information, procedures to be a specialist in area

  • Launch products to target customers through sales promotion and activity

  • Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals

  • Monitor customer`s unmet needs

  • Focus on key products and new products aligned with the strategy of company

  • Instant and accurate reporting about product complaints complying with company policy

  • Report market situation and competitor activity to upper level with accuracy

  • Harmonize with staffs of distributor through effective communication to develop incharge territory

  • Learn and memorize company mission and value for execution

Experience
  • University graduate

  • Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry

  • 2-3 years+ total experienced preferred

  • Effective communication skills, over moderate level

  • Excellent interpersonal skill
