The opportunity:

We have several exciting freelance opportunities for workplace safety and operations risk management experts who can coach and influence technical experts in safety and operations risk management. You will work as part of a DSS+ team on a freelance basis, expected to deliver training and support on safety solutions design and implementation.

About You:

Our community of Independent Contractors are subject matter experts with experience in our core industries.

As an Independent Contractor, you will have a proven track record in auditing, designing, and implementing workplace safety cultural change through coaching and mentoring stakeholders, including HSE/workplace safety and operations risk management.

You will have experience in:

• Coaching team leaders and managers to effect cultural and behavioral change
• Working as a safety coach in heavy industry/steel manufacturing
• Fluency in French and English, able to read, write, and speak professionally in both languages

As a freelance or interim professional, you will seek to work with DSS+ on various projects as part of your portfolio of clients.
