Workforce Development Analyst

ProSidian is seeking a Workforce Development Analyst for Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position, however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

The Workforce Development Analyst will provide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting professional in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector, focusing on business process solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE | OP). This role is generally located in CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing workforce impacts and development opportunities driven by market and regulatory changes.
  • Aligning with Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Functional Area initiatives.
  • Providing Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP).
  • Ensuring alignment with project objectives and conducting in-depth research and analysis on energy markets, economic impacts, and regulatory strategies.

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
