New Contract Requirement: Workday Consultant – Recruiting, Core HCM, and Support

Location : Paris, France (on-site)

Start Date : 12 May 2025

Contract : Until December 2025, with possible extension

Workload : Approx. 30 hours per week

Languages : French and English (fluent in both required)

Our client, a well-established French organisation, is looking to onboard a Workday Consultant with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance their Workday environment. The role will be based in central Paris, near the 9th arrondissement.

The scope of the role is broad and covers several key functional areas within Workday. While the primary focus will be on Recruiting, the consultant will also be involved in Core HCM, Reporting, Absence Management, incident resolution, and change management activities.

Although the day-to-day responsibilities are centered around RUN/support activities, there is also potential to contribute to project work, especially related to French employment contracts.

Key Requirements :

• 5 to 7 years of Workday consulting experience
• Strong functional expertise in Workday Recruiting
• Exposure to Core HCM, Absence, and Reporting is a plus
• Experience in incident resolution and functional support
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
• Involvement in change management activities is a plus
• Fluency in both French and English
• Availability from 12 May 2025
• Workday certification is not required
