SBS is seeking a Workday Finance Consultant in Courbevoie (Île-de-France) to join our finance transformation team. You will apply 2+ years of hands-on Workday Financial Management experience to configure modules, gather requirements, and support ongoing operations.

You will collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions, write reports, and help optimize financial processes. This is an on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday Financial Management experience.
Experience in at least one full-cycle Workday Finance implementation or major enhancement.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Knowledge of Workday reporting, processes, security, and integrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to financial processes.
Configure and maintain Workday Financial Management modules based on business needs.
Participate in Workday implementation, optimization and support projects.
Design and execute functional testing, including unit, integration and UAT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while providing ongoing production support.
Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet business reporting requirements.
Create and maintain system documentation, process flows and training materials.
