Qualifications

  • Expérience avec les modules Workday - Gestion Financière, Dépenses et / ou Approvisionnement.
  • 3-5 ans d'expérience en consulting ERP.
  • Certifications Workday en R2R ou autres domaines mentionnés.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger des déploiements Workday, analyser les besoins des clients.

YOUR MISSIONS

Working closely with client business teams, you as a Workday Finance Consultant will lead functional areas, drive the scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.

  • Work on Workday Financial deployments in various roles
  • Work on Workday AMS
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,
  • Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and / or alternative solutions to meet client goals,
  • Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,
  • System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations,
  • Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday,
  • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party / custom solutions,
  • Share knowledge, support, and mentor new Team Members,
  • Support the sales activities and business development.
  • Completing and maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap.
  • Keeping up to date with industry practices and the ability to engage with our customers on those topics.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience working with at least one or more modules in Workday - Financial Management, Expenses and / or Procurement (essential)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,
  • Experience in implementing various functional areas including : R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,
  • Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas, preferably Record to Report (R2R)
  • Experience in process design and improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French and in English.
  • Experience in data management, administration and system configuration
  • Growth mindset
