What you’ll do
Doctolib is seeking a dedicated People Data and Analytics Senior Manager to join our People Systems and Performance team. You will lead the development and management of our people analytics strategy, leveraging data to optimize talent management, C&B strategies, and enhance employee engagement.
You will be responsible for building HR data strategy and governance, ensuring consistent reporting and analytics across functions with a focus on user experience and business impact. The ideal candidate has strong HRIS experience, particularly with Workday, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Reporting to the Head of People Systems and Performance, you will collaborate with product owners to deliver solutions and advise on system capabilities, features, and roadmaps.
