Job Description:

What you’ll do

Doctolib is seeking a dedicated People Data and Analytics Senior Manager to join our People Systems and Performance team. You will lead the development and management of our people analytics strategy, leveraging data to optimize talent management, C&B strategies, and enhance employee engagement.

You will be responsible for building HR data strategy and governance, ensuring consistent reporting and analytics across functions with a focus on user experience and business impact. The ideal candidate has strong HRIS experience, particularly with Workday, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Reporting to the Head of People Systems and Performance, you will collaborate with product owners to deliver solutions and advise on system capabilities, features, and roadmaps.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, build, and implement custom Workday reports and dashboards for real-time insights.
  • Optimize report performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and support decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through regular audits.
  • Work with Workday partners on reporting projects.

Advisory and change management

  • Serve as a Workday reporting expert and share best practices.
  • Upskill the People team on reporting tools.
  • Maintain change management documentation for audits.
  • Stay updated on Workday enhancements and evaluate their relevance.
  • Seek opportunities to improve Workday functionality.

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday reporting, including report writing, dashboards, and security.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Confidentiality and excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Multi-country experience.
