Overview

We are hiring an HRIS Workday Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the Workday system in collaboration with the Workday integrator. You will support project management, change management, and provide expertise in recruitment, reporting, payroll integration, and HCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project requirements, manage testing, and coordinate implementation with the Workday integrator.
• Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes.
• Act as a Workday specialist across multiple areas, including:
• • Recruitment: manage backlog requests and process improvements.
  • Reporting and dashboards: gather requirements to support HR with data-driven insights.
  • HCM module: improve position management processes and assess impacts on Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Consultant or in a similar role with a focus on Workday.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM, reporting, and payroll integration.
• Familiarity with HR processes.
