In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR technology solutions, mainly focusing on Workday. You will analyze business needs, support annual compensation reviews, and drive continuous improvements. Candidates should have 3–5 years of HRIS Business Analyst experience, strong knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, and effective communication skills. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as HRIS Business Analyst or functional expert on Workday.
• Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and refine business needs collected by the Product Owner.
• Support the annual compensation reviews (Merit, Bonus, Stock).
• Prepare detailed, testable User Stories for the team’s backlog.
