With 1, employees and 12 factories on 3 continents, STERIMED is the world's leading manufacturer of materials and packaging systems based on renewable resources for the sterilization of medical devices, a market experiencing strong structural growth and an absolute requirement for quality and safety. Sterimed develops, produces, transforms, and markets various types of solutions such as bacterial barrier substrates and preformed sterilization packaging, both for hospitals and medical device manufacturers.

YOUR MISSION :

As an intern in CSR, you will work closely with the CSR Manager to support the implementation of Sterimed Group's sustainable initiatives. Your role will involve contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of our CSR strategy. As a true conductor, you will collaborate, in French and English, with all functions in the various entities of Sterimed (23 sites internationally including 13 factories) : Europe, America, Asia.

YOUR OBJECTIVES :

• Contribute to the collection and analysis of data related to the group's environmental performance
• Participation in the drafting of the annual CSR report
• Support in the realization of the group's carbon footprint and establishment of working groups on CSR topics (water, waste management, circular economy, CO2 emissions reduction, etc.)
• Monitor regulatory developments and best practices in the CSR sector (new legal obligations, sector best practices, competitive benchmarks, targeted thematic dossiers, etc.), and propose recommendations for adapting our policies and procedures.
• Implementation of awareness and communication actions to facilitate the internal appropriation of CSR issues and projects (in France and in subsidiaries internationally).

PROFILE SOUGHT :

• Ongoing Master's degree in the field of Sustainable Development or with a specialization in Sustainable Development / CSR / Environment
• Strong interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility issues
• Proficiency in English required, proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, Canva)
