Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting the customer service team via ERP/CRM software and daily communication with field staff.
  2. Managing orders and shipment tracking, liaising with the European platform in the Netherlands and the headquarters in China.
  3. Monitoring invoicing and handling disputes.
  4. Maintaining customer and pricing databases within ERP systems.
  5. Managing calls for tender and electronic archives.
  6. Contributing to process optimization.
  7. Handling administrative tasks such as processing invoices, inventory management, vehicle fleet management, procurement, and organizing company events.
  8. Performing other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Higher education level of BAC to BAC +4.
  • Native French speaker.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Dynamic with proactive initiative.
