Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with questions related to products and services.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide clients through service offerings and answer any inquiries they may have.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience.
