Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
  3. Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and problems.
  4. Educate customers about our offerings and guide them through our services.
  5. Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service quality.
  6. Collaborate with team members to elevate the customer experience and service efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  5. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural setting.
  6. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
