  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.

  • Accurately document customer interactions to support service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
