Position: Senior WMS REFLEX Consultant

Duration: Minimum 6 months (with potential for extension)

Location: Paris

About the Role:

As a Senior WMS REFLEX Consultant, you will be the key contact for our client, guiding them from the initial stages to the successful production startup of their solution. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving project success and delivering exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consult and assist clients in implementing the Reflex solution, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on the Reflex solution to empower client teams.
• Lead General and Detailed Design workshops, leveraging your process analysis skills to drive efficient and effective solutions.
• Provide hands-on support with configuration, testing, deployment, and startup activities.
• Mentor and support Junior Consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

Languages:

• Fluent in both French and English.

Required Experience:

• 4-5 years in logistics information systems or supply chain.
• At least 5 years of experience in WMS software integration, ideally within a consulting environment.
