Description du poste

Establish, shape, and maintain daily relationships with AZP to ensure a high level of satisfaction. In your role, you will be the primary interface to the clients and handle all IT Portfolio and Costs queries, also from a cross-functional perspective. Manage the Areas portfolio of projects or services. You will assess strategic alignments, manage evaluation of demand, prioritize, and approve projects. You will monitor portfolio performance including risks and dependencies and ensure appropriate reporting. You will ensure accurate decision-making preparation and communication, manage contracts, procurement, and vendor payments.

Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record and extensive experience as an IT Delivery Manager in an executive capacity.
  • Strong experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience in strategic planning and capacity management.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Manage a team of Account, Portfolio, Vendor, and controlling managers to provide E2E management of run and change in the Area.
  • Manage the relationship with customers as a central point of contact, including pre- and post-sales support and be responsible for the demand management of Allianz Technology products, services, or project packages.
  • Help define important indicators, e.g., cost per service, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security, monitor them and ensure understanding and compliance with IT standards and processes.
  • Facilitate issue resolution in projects & services and coordinate internal resources. Manage portfolio performance, portfolio risk, escalate issues if necessary, and initiate corrective action and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives. Ensure accurate decision-making preparation, prioritization, and communication to partners, vendors, internal stakeholders up to senior management level.
  • Interface for PD Preparation (Change & Run) and Project Portfolio updates and track progress against the Forecast.
  • Define dashboards and reporting tools to monitor financial performance and resource utilization, to be completed by each area.
  • Provide guidance, harmonization, and training to area leads and tribe leads on financial management, budgeting, and governance processes.
  • Analyze project and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization or improved delivery efficiency.
  • Manage Contract management.

Administrative & Compliance Requirements :

  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all processes and decisions.
  • Adhere to Allianz Technology's policies and procedures.
