A leading luxury fashion company is seeking a skilled project coordinator to oversee shop window projects and retail events across France, Belgium, and Monaco. The role involves managing local vendors, ensuring project execution aligns with budgets and timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in architecture or fashion business, proficiency in design software, and strong organizational skills. Fluency in Italian is a plus, along with the ability to travel for business.

JOB PURPOSE:
Coordination and supervision of the implementation of shop window projects, retail events and / or special projects, guaranteeing the execution of works within the scheduled timeframe and in compliance with set budgets, coordinating local vendors and interfacing with HQ Engineering, Visual and Retail Operations teams, for the France / Belgium / Monaco area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
Master’s degree in architecture / Fashion Business
Knowledge of Office, Autocad, Photoshop
Fashion / luxury-oriented and knowledge of Retail basic principles
Good command of Italian language is really appreciated, english is a plus.
Flexibility to travel in short business trip in the area of France Belgium and Montecarlo
Organization, precision, ability to find immediate solutions, and practicality of execution are necessary characteristics for the development of the role.
Ability to manage activities quickly, with high reactivity
Management of internal communication with other departments, in order to ensure a good implementation process and connect HQ with the local company.
