Job Purpose

Coordination and supervision of shop window projects, retail events, and special projects, ensuring timely execution within budget. This includes coordinating with local vendors and interfacing with HQ Engineering, Visual, and Retail Operations teams for the France, Belgium, and Monaco areas.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Shop Windows office at HQ for shop window projects and promotional fit-outs, gathering necessary information to start projects.
  • Plan and supervise activities at construction sites, overseeing designers and external suppliers, monitoring costs, timing, and safety compliance.
  • Implement changes and updates to projects as requested by management or deemed necessary.
  • Verify the technical feasibility of design solutions.
  • Ensure quality of execution while respecting the concept.
  • Prepare reports post-installation to be sent to HQ.
  • Check and control costs, continuously evaluating new suppliers for production and installation.
Knowledge and Skills

Master’s degree in Architecture or Fashion Business. Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop. Knowledge of fashion/luxury retail principles. Fluency in Italian is highly appreciated; English is a plus. Flexibility to travel for short business trips within France, Belgium, and Monaco. Organizational skills, precision, problem-solving ability, and practical execution are essential. Ability to manage activities swiftly and reactively. Strong internal communication skills to liaise effectively between HQ and local teams.
