Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to install, replace, and service a variety of window and door types. The ideal candidate has experience in carpentry and can work independently, ensuring the job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Responsibilities:

-Install windows and doors according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.

-Remove and properly dispose of old windows and doors.

-Seal, caulk, and weatherproof installations.

-Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.

-Inspect finished work to ensure proper function and aesthetics.

-Communicate with customers in a professional manner.

-Maintain a clean and organized job site.

-Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

-Effectively train and oversee assistants.

-Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Experience in window and door installations is an asset.

-Basic carpentry skills.

-Proficient in measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.

-Understanding of building codes and safety regulations is an asset.

-Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

-Valid driver's license required.

-Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
