Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Maintenance Technician for field operations in France. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbine systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes autonomy, hands-on problem solving, and working in various weather conditions to ensure reliable energy supply. Based in Brittany, you will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and component replacements, using diagnostic tools and documentation to track wind turbine performance.

Qualifications

• Bac Professionnel in technical field is the minimum requirement.
• BTS/DUT in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• BZEE Wind Turbine Maintenance certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of wind turbines.
• Carry out inspections, preventive maintenance, and component replacements with precision.
• Work safely in demanding conditions, at height and in all weather.
• Use diagnostic tools and drawings to identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate with the team to ensure safe, high-performing operations.
• Complete reports and documentation for traceability of interventions.
