Vestas France seeks a skilled Field Maintenance Technician to optimize wind turbine performance at client sites. You will work in pairs and report to the Area Supervisor, performing curative and preventive maintenance to maximize turbine uptime.

Required 2–5 years in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with high voltage knowledge, and good English. Mobility for travel is essential; the role offers progression across four technician levels and strong safety commitments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience, with high voltage knowledge.
• BTEC/HND/BTS/DUT in industrial electrical or mechanical engineering; BZEE certification preferred.
• Knowledge of technical English and proficient with Office Pack.
• Willingness to travel; customer-facing and safety‑driven.

Responsabilités

• Carry out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance for clients.
• Ensure smooth turbine operation and monitor turbine components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report interventions.
• Work in pairs reporting to the Area Supervisor.
