Vestas is seeking a Team Leader for its Service Department in the wind energy sector. You will supervise technicians, guide maintenance and installation tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves data documentation, system interfaces, and coaching to staff.

Strong electrical/mechanical/hydraulics experience and leadership skills are essential to drive performance and customer satisfaction across service operations at our wind farms.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience or degree within electrical field, mechanics and, or hydraulics in accordance to local requirements.
• Ability to lead a service team ensuring safety, quality and efficiency at wind farms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on maintenance capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Follow up of maintenance tasks.
• Supervision of technicians in day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with standards for scheduled/unscheduled activities.
• Advanced level operational wind turbine maintenance and, or installation tasks as discovered or as assigned.
• Documentation of turbine issues as required and enters data in company system such as observation in SF, SAP,...
• Interfaces and manipulates turbine control and mechanical systems to safely conduct service and, or installation tasks.
• Ensure that quality, costs and service delivery goals are met, based on the Service's needs and goals.
• Ensure compliance with Vestas standards safety rules, procedures and processes (work permits, forms, security alerts, etc.).
• High quality daily reporting and service documentation in Salesforce and other Vestas systems such as I-auditor in accordance to agreed reporting standards.
• Provide training/coaching to technicians and operators in technical areas, operational procedures and safety practices.
• Be a role model for other employees.
• Establish and maintain cordial and effective working relationships.
