Vestas France is seeking an Operator/Service Technician to optimize client wind farms during their life cycle and ensure maximum turbine capacity and energy efficiency. You will join the Service Department to support customers and contribute to wind energy innovation.

The role involves field service activities, with opportunities to work across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in an international group with a 40-year leadership in wind power.

Qualifications

• High-School Degree with experience in technical fields; BZEE cert for technician level.
• 2–5 years in industrial maintenance or electricity; high voltage knowledge.
• Proactive, customer-facing, mobile, results-oriented, safety-focused.

Responsabilités

• Carry out periodic service inspections with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics components replacement and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth turbine operation and use of systems in condition monitoring and remote control.
• Maintain service vehicle and warehouse by ordering materials, tools, and parts.
• Assemble components per rules or work instructions; operate internal or external cranes if needed.
• Work to high safety and environmental standards while meeting service targets.
