Vestas is seeking a Skilled/Semi-Skilled Worker to join the Field Operations team in a full-time role. You will back-up the supervisor, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance of wind turbines across projects.

Responsibilities include advanced maintenance, data logging, and documentation in SF/SAP, with a focus on quality and energy efficiency. Strong English and local regulatory certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience or degree within electrical field, mechanics and, or hydraulics in accordance to local requirements and standards (local certifications).
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and coach technicians in procedures and safety.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Back-up of the Supervisor in field operations related maintenance tasks.
• Follow up of maintenance tasks and day-to-day supervision of technicians.
• Ensure compliance with standards for scheduled/unscheduled activities.
• Perform advanced wind turbine maintenance and diagnostic tasks using tools and data systems.
• Document turbine issues and enter data in company systems (SF, SAP, etc.).
• Interface with turbine controls to safely conduct service and installation tasks.
• Maintain quality, costs, and service delivery goals; support safety rules.
• Provide training and coaching to staff; support competence development.
