Qualifications

• Formally educated in engineering; technician or engineering degree required.
• Ability to analyze complex data from wind turbine systems (SCADA, controllers).
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Optimize converter performance with diagnostics and proactive monitoring.
• Lead technical resolution of turbine trips and complex issues.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality and Sourcing to ensure safe repairs.
• Improve fault-handling tools for ROC staff and field teams.
• Develop long-term technical strategies for converter systems lifecycle.
• Report investigation outcomes to stakeholders and customers.
• Escalate high-impact issues for RCA and long-term fixes.
