Job summary

Vestas France is seeking a technically skilled technician to optimize wind turbine performance during their life cycle. You will conduct curative and preventive maintenance, work in pairs with an Area Supervisor, and report interventions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have a technical diploma, 2–5 years in maintenance or electrical work, HV knowledge, and proficient English. Travel is required in the activity.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Knowledge of technical English (written/spoken) and familiar with the Office Pack.

Responsibilities

• Carry out curative maintenance of the turbines, in order to optimize performance for clients.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and control operation of wind turbine elements at all stages of intervention.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of the turbines according to current rules or work instructions; report interventions.

Education

BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (BZEE) certification
