We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Associate to join our Wholesale Team, which manages global partners reselling Ledger products to the end consumer. Based in Vierzon or Paris, this role owns the operational work for our distributor network and serves as the central operational link with our partners and internal teams.

The team is rebuilding its operations around AI and automation, and this role is an integral part of that transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Play an active role in the team's AI and automation rebuild - using the tools being developed, sharing honest feedback, and bringing ideas to push things forward
• Approach operational problems with an AI‑first mindset. Ask how the work should be done now, not how to automate how it used to be done
• Work closely with the other sales operations team members, sharing knowledge and improving processes together
• Own the end‑to‑end operational journey for our distributor partners, from onboarding and qualification through invoicing, shipment, and delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams across accounting, production, shipping, logistics, and legal

What we’re looking for:

• Someone organized and detail‑oriented, with full ownership of operational work from start to finish
• A genuine curiosity about AI and an instinct to question how things are currently done
• A drive to remove manual and repetitive work from your day
• An open, direct communicator. You share ideas, raise issues, and give honest feedback
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment. When something doesn't work, you treat it as useful information
• Fluency in English and one other language (ideally Spanish, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese)
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work beyond chatbots, such as automation flows, agentic tools, or the Gemini suite
• French language skills are a plus
