Western European Sales Manager - Defense & Public Safety (Wireless Connectivity)

About the Role:

We are conducting a confidential search for an exceptional Western European Sales Manager to join a rapidly expanding, Nasdaq-listed international wireless connectivity manufacturer. This is a newly created role, pivotal to the company's global growth and investment strategy, particularly within our services vertical.

You will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting-edge wireless telco connectivity solutions, specifically tailored for the Defense and Public Safety sectors across Western Europe. This role will involve developing existing key accounts, and establishing new strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Defense and Public Safety markets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers in targeted organizations.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our IT/IS services and solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the telecom/networking/wireless connectivity landscape.
  • Travel extensively throughout Western Europe (approximately 30% of the time) to meet with clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling services and solutions to the Defense and Public Safety sectors.
  • A strong understanding of IT/IS services and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
  • Solid knowledge of the telecom/networking/wireless connectivity environment (a significant plus).
  • Fluency in English (daily working language).
  • Strong plus: Italian speaking
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Western Europe.
  • Location: Flexible within the UK, Germany, France, or Italy.
