Western Europe Head of Pricing, Boulogne-Billancourt

We are seeking a Head of Pricing for our Western Europe region, based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), with 2 days per week of Mobile Office. You will serve as a key link between our finance, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute optimal pricing strategies aligned with our ambitious goals.

You will be part of the Strategic Marketing team, covering France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze pricing KPIs to identify profit opportunities and ensure strategy implementation
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and product marketing to develop action plans
  • Improve pricing segmentation, especially in large/mature markets
  • Act as the main contact for regional executive teams and general managers regarding pricing matters
  • Assess major sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with the global pricing team
  • Review and optimize discount processes and annual agreement reviews
  • Implement necessary pricing tools
Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering
  • Over 7 years of professional experience in pricing, sales, or marketing roles
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategies, with strong conceptual thinking
  • Experience with price segmentation and market/business analytics
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Strong business acumen, especially for technical products
  • Results-driven with the ability to motivate teams
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, PowerBI, and SQL is advantageous
