Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in France is seeking a West & North Field Applications Manager to lead regional Flow cytometry application teams across France, UK, Netherlands and Sweden. You will drive KPI-based performance, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and build strong customer relationships while enabling tailored solutions in a remote France-based role.

The role requires 3+ years in Flow Cytometry with immunology/hematology background, leadership experience, and English fluency;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent.
• High level knowledge in Flow Cytometry with a strong background in Immunology and hematology.
• Experience in leading regional or cross-functional applications teams.
• Ability to implement and track impactful KPIs to drive performance.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus to communicate with French customers.

• Lead a high-impact regional team dedicated to provide Flow application support to West and North Markets, driving strategic initiatives and measurable performance improvements.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making and aligning application strategies with broader business goals.
• Leading support in key markets to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions to partners and customers.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent and 3+ years’ experience in Science/Medical/Clinical field.
• High level knowledge in Flow Cytometry with a strong background in Immunology and hematology supported by previous roles in the industry.
• Leadership and Team Management
• Experience in managing a regional or cross-functional applications teams
• Ability to implement and track impactful KPIs to drive performance and alignment.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Influence
• Fluency in English is a must, French language as additional language would be preferred to facilitate the cmmunication with French clinical customers.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 50% within the region and beyond for essential trainings and meetings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Master’s or PhD degree in a science field.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Problem solving and project management skills.
