Scope of Work

1. Technical support to Employer for Welding engineering topics

This includes review and comments on EPCI Contractors' proposed procedures, such as:

• Welding book (including WPQR booklet & WPS)
• Weld map
• Welding production testing plans

This review shall include necessary knowledge of welding and materials aspects. It applies to EPCI Contractors' procedures and their subcontractors, as per MDR document.

Scope of Quotation (Lump Sum)

• Topside scope – indicative period Oct 2025 for first IFR submission
• Cofferdam scope – indicative period Sept 2025
• Jacket scope – indicative period Oct 2025
• Pile scope – indicative period July 2025

Additional Support

1. Technical support in reviewing Non-Conformity Reports, Deviation requests, and Technical queries during the EPCI project.
2. Site activities (optional scope): participation in technical inspections and witnessing WPT tests on site, depending on criticality and contractor appraisal.

• DNV-ST-0145 Offshore substations
• DNV-OS-C401 Fabrication and testing of offshore structures

Conditions

Location: Remote work with site visits

End date: 2026-05-05

Duration: 12 months (extendable) - Renewable
