Job Description

Position Summary:
Analysts at ADM are expected to work independently, identify problems or opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions. They manage projects of increasing complexity, understand accounting systems and processes, and communicate confidently with management across various levels and departments. They are experts in their areas and see projects through to completion. Analysts do not have supervisory responsibilities.

The Fixed Assets and Project Accounting team ensures accurate reporting of capital projects and fixed asset transactions through monthly close activities, journal entries, balance analysis, reconciliations, and collaboration with business management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reconciling fixed asset accounts
• Completing monthly accounting tasks per US GAAP and analyzing results
• Reviewing and improving Key Financial Controls and process flows (SOX compliance)
• Collaborating with business partners for financial insights
• Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
• Performing quarterly analysis and reporting
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Participating in process design and improvements

Required Skills:

Education and Experience:
