About the role:

The Welcome Agent performs duties of Valet, Door, and Bell Attendants, as well as shuttle driver, reporting directly to the Assistant Guest Services Manager. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Welcome Agent is also a Guest Relations Agent by being knowledgeable about hotel facilities and activities offered to guests.

What you will do:

  1. Create a sense of arrival for resident and non-resident guests by welcoming them to the hotel.
  2. Positioned at the hotel entrance, act as a liaison with the Guest Services team located on the hotel forecourt.
  3. Filter arrivals at the hotel and notify Guest Services.
  4. Be the first face guests see, guiding and informing them with friendliness and professionalism.
  5. Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying style, integrity, and courteous attitude in all dealings, and communicate necessary information to support departments.
  6. Adapt to high activity situations and manage customer relationships effectively.

What we are looking for:

Experience in Front Desk operations within luxury hospitality, a natural talent for making guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal skills, and an exceptional eye for detail. Fluency in French and English, knowledge of Opera PMS, and legal right to work in France are required. This position is seasonal and based at Four Seasons Hotel Megève.
