A luxury hotel in the Alps is seeking a Welcome Agent to greet and assist guests, ensuring a top-tier guest experience. Ideal candidates should have experience in luxury hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and be fluent in both French and English. About the role:
The Welcome Agent performs duties of Valet, Door and Bell Attendants as well as shuttle driver, reporting directly to the Assistant Guest Services Manager. As an ambassador of the hotel, the Welcome Agent is also a Guest Relations Agent, knowledgeable about hotel facilities and activities offered to guests.
What you will do:
Positioned at the hotel entrance, act as a liaison with the Guest Services team on the forecourt.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for resident and non-resident guests by greeting them upon arrival.
Filter arrivals and notify Guest Services accordingly.
Be friendly and welcoming, as the first face guests see, guiding and informing them.
Act as an ambassador, displaying style, integrity, friendliness, and professionalism, and communicate effectively with support departments and colleagues.

What we are looking for:
Experience in Front Desk operations within luxury hospitality, a natural talent for making guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal skills, and an exceptional eye for detail. Fluency in French and English, and knowledge of Opera PMS are required. You must possess the legal right to work in France.
